The City of Winona Geographic Information Systems provides geographically based information to citizens, city staff, and other governmental units leading to better decision-making and facilitating.

The City of Winona Geographic Information Systems was developed to increase the productivity of City staff; to respond to growth-related problems by better maintaining and graphically displaying and integrating geographic and related data.

The City of Winona GIS database is maintained for research and analysis of property information within the city.  The City makes every effort to produce and publish the most current and accurate information possible.  These records and maps have been produced from data compiled from recorded documents, outside public and private sources and global positioning technology.  The accuracy of this data remains adequate for assessment purposes and shall NOT be used for any legal purposes.  Any errors or omissions should be reported to the City of Winona GIS Program.
