Amnesty Week: Back to School, Back to the Library
Tuesday, Sept. 7th - Saturday, Sept. 11th
No fines will be charged on any late items that are returned Sept. 7th - 11th. Now is the time to search out and find those items you meant to bring back, but that somehow got lost in the shuffle. It doesn't matter how late they are, we will be delighted to have them returned.
Please note that amnesty is only applied to items that you return during this week, not on old fines already incurred.
Library Closed Labor Day Weekend
The library will be closed Saturday, Sept. 4th - Monday, Sept. 6th.
We will resume our normal Saturday hours (9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.) on Sept. 11th.
Stop in and see stunning wildlife photographs by Andrew Nyhus, on display now through the end of October in the Art Room of the library. Andrew is an avid birder and member of the Hiawatha Valley Audubon Society in Winona. He captures the colors, textures, shapes and beauty of birdlife with respect for the environment.
