The City of Winona's Geographic Information System provides city land based information through the continuous development of a citywide mapping, analysis, and archival system.  Here you will find our products and services such as traditional maps and online interacitve maps. 

The online Internet Map Service provides visitors with a web-application that brings our ever-growing geographic database to you in a convenient and easy to use system. 

Allow Pop-Ups - In order to view this site properly, all pop-up blockers must be disabled.  This includes 3^rd party toolbars, such as Google or Yahoo! Companion, as they block pop-ups on their own.  Click here for assistance turning off pop-up blockers.

Browser Compatibility - The City of
Winona ArcIMS site is best viewed in Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 or better.  Although the site will function in other internet browsers, full functionality is only supported in IE.
