Welcome to the Winona Police Department World Wide Web Site.  The Winona Police Department provides this community with traditional Police services, to include; Patrol, Investigations, Evidence Technician, Narcotics Investigations, Community Service, and School Liaison.  In the past three years we have embraced the community with an effective Community Policing Philosophy which has enhanced our effectiveness through trust and communication with the citizens we serve.  We have worked together to effectively cut the crime rate by 30% in the past three years.  We must continue to build on that trust to maintain the partnerships that we have formed.
