Licensing Information:

Dog and cat licenses are due on April 1 of each year. The fee is $6.00 per animal per year and a rabies certificate must be presented when making the application. If the license is purchased after April 1, an administrative fee of $5.00 shall be paid in addition to the license fee. Licenses are available in the Finance Office at City Hall, 207 Lafayette Street (lower level). Office hours are 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Pet licenses may also be obtained by mail, P.O. Box 378, Winona, MN 55987. Please include the rabies certificate with appropriate payment.
